As the days get shorter, many people experience Seasonal Light Disorder. Discover effective ways to manage your symptoms and maintain your mental health during these winter months.


Reading or exercise are just two ways to try and pump up your brain during this tiring winter time! Some people love to cook listen to music, or watch a movie! Choose something that lifts your spirits!

When the skies look the darkest, look for the sunshine in your life. Family, friends, counselor, or children. I am 61 and just wrote three books, a health hobby will keep your mind sharp!

Be aware of Heat Stress during these hot days, it can wear you out and potentially get very ill

Every day you wake up and every night you go to sleep, take two minutes to be Thankful for all you do have and the health of your family
