The # 1 priority is to talk to someone you trust immediately. This could be a friend, spouse, significant other, colleague, or your General Practitioner. Address this quickly so you can get the right help. It does not always mean you will need medicine, but some psychological treatment is warranted.

If your beliefs, feelings, thoughts, or behaviors have a significant impact on your ability to function in your daily life, then you may have the beginnings of anxiety or depression, it is best to seek medical advice.
